Had to say from the video. Emperors will often develop light colored spots in the area where there is a lesion - I think that is what you are seeing. Now, what is the original cause of the lesion - I can't say, but both flukes (trematodes) and Cryptocaryon will cause those sorts of pale spots on an emperor. Also, I couldn't time it, but the fish may be breathing a bit fast.

Funny thing is that i dosed Prazi on day two after I got him home. He got these white wad-like bumps all over 2/3 days after Prazi was dosed - therefore I would tend to think it is not flukes. I am 99.9 % sure it is not crypto/ick as the bumps are way to large and 2-3 millimeters "high"
I have thought of lymphocystis but that is most often found on the fins while this thing is only on the body.
