I'D on a Pest?

I'm seeing these little white fuzzy things starting to pop up in my new tank. Tanks about 45 days old, any idea what these are? Are they harmful?

Pineapple sponges most likely. (harmless)

yep +1.. harmless pineapple sponges.. good filter feeders their population will come and go..
