Id on white stuff

Got this white stuff growing on a rock in my 5 gal but no idea what it is.

Posted wrong id pic but the first pic is actually in my 90 and actually moves around its tentacles and is only visible on certain days. This is the pic thats in my 5 gallon.

Looks like it could be some type of sponge.

That web-like appearance looks more like vermitid snails to me.
