I have these in a few locations in my tank. They came along with the Fiji rock and I'd like to know what they are? Friend or foe?

Thanks so much.....So this is something that will not take over the tank - correct? Also, I'm glad you spotted the neon green thing - I was going to ask about those also.....I have those spread around as well. White stem with neon green tips. Again, are both of these reef safe and not a nuisance? Is there anything thats eats these?

both of those are slow growers, if they start getting large, then you may want to prune it, and maybe even try to give it away to someone local. i dont know alot about either one to say how fast they grow, but both can be very attractive in a tank. like intenseimage said you just have to watch out for something eating them.
