Looks like a colt coral variant- Cladiella sp

To me it looks more like some type of Lemnalia or possibly Carnation Coral.

If it's a Lemnalia, High Light and Flow.
If Carnation, High flow, light doesn't matter, but it will need incredible amounts of feeding.

Definetly not a Colt or Kenya Tree. The semi-transparent stalk with "stripey" looking texture is a dead give away of Lemnalia, Paralemnalia, Dendronepthea, or Sclero/Stereonepthea.
