ID please?

I have a blue hippo in quarantine for Ich, now I have this on by Golden Butterfly. It's a single lesion. Looks like a white translucent zit. No other lesions on him.

Any guesses? Eating very well, not scratching on anything. Normal behavior. Color is good. No rapid respirations.
