Id please!!!

I bought this frag and now I can't remember the name of it. Anyone know what it is called?? Also in one of the pictures I circled what looks to be a starfish leg. is it a starfish leg?? If it is can you tell what kind? Would it be ok in my tank??

I can't help with the coral, but the starfish looks like a brittle one, which are usually fine. It's hard to tell from your picture though.
