Looks like a small asterina star. Most are harmless (I have several in my tank), but some have reported issues with certain variants and corals.

looks like what GimpyFin said, I have about 4 or 5 in my tank, newly discovered. They haven't seem to hurt anything yet. I have heard from a few people on here that they multiple quickly and that for every one you see there are more you don't.
