why does it have to be green... I have some nice purple and some nice orange in my tank..... do you see something in it that I dont?

Its always been brown. Its under 130w 50/50 pcs in a 55g. Its going under a 14k 250w mh soon though so it should color up. It actually grows fairly quickly under that light. I have to frag every now and then as you can see in the pic. I just bring them down to the lfs when they get big enough and get new stuff. Works great!

yeah you will see a color shift when you switch...
