I don't know what it is, but go back through the pages, I think I've seen something like that before and there was an ID.

It reminds me of a trumpet/candy cane without the calcium "trunks" (but it's not), and that's what the pic in the other thread reminded me of too.

Looks more like a favia to me. I like the coloration, very unusual.
