Could be an Echinophyllia; E. patula. Also, Oxyporas can look very similar. Either way, think it belongs in the Pectiniidae, rather than the Faviidae, where Echinopora lamellosa can take on this look. The corallite-skeleton is very different, though, with the corallites protruding over the surface. You animal seems to have emmerse coarallites.
Very beautiful colouring. Give it room to spread out and develope.
