Looks like a Stereonepthya sp. Requires low lighting amd supplemental feeding.

+1 Stereonepthya.

Some are non-photosynthetic, some are semi-photosynthetic. Both require supplemental feeding as mentioned... if it obviously swells more during lighting periods then it's photosynthetic.
