I am fighting a losing battle against something in my aquarium. I'm not sure what but basically I have lost all 4 fish in 4 days and only have one (maybe 2 left -one MIA). It's a deadly bug of somekind - I wish I knew what.

I did take a photo after something that looks like a parasite or something that was in the water after I did a formalin/fw dip on the clownfish. This is it. It could be a flake of skin for all I know but it sure does look like a flatworm like creature ( I do have regular planaria in my tank and it could be one of those). There were smaller ones in the water too...so I doubt it is regular planaria as it seemed to come from the fish.
