id this and how to treat it

the search button isn't working for my so can someone please id this and let me know how to treat it, also is it contagious..

its a white 'patch' under his chin

Remove to a sick tank and treat with Furan2. Could be some sort of body fungus. But true fungus is rare. Probably a bacterial infection. As I said treat immediately.
