ID this coweb pls

This stuff is growing on my glass, it is white and looks like coweb. Please, can someone help me discover what is this? Algae? The right hand side (clear glass) is where I scraped it off. It comes off as a whiteish "peel".

Could be (lots of) turbo snail eggs, but I've never seen pictures in that pattern.

No, I don't think these are eggs because there is too much. It was covering all the glass, the four sides.... I'm thinking could it bacterial?
