I'm not exactly sure what this coral is. I picked it up at a frag show. I think it's some type of chalice or encrusting chalice, or monitpora or something of the sort. It's mountain shaped. This is a shot from the top. As you can see, it's very large. And is about as tall as it is wide. The color is green, the eyes are red, and there are a lot of eyes. Closest thing I could find to it was some type of war coral or sunset chalice"¦but still have NO idea.
Would love to know what it's really called or at least what type it is. I know it's incrusting as it's grown over whatever plug it was on. Maybe even over a coral that was originally on the plug.
P.s. I never see anything extending from it. It just always looks the same. Sometimes with a few more red dots, but that's it.
