All of your tanks look so great so I figure I would shout out and get ideas of what I should or could do. Although I just moved my tank it is recovering fast and my water is testing perfect for weeks now. I guess I did it all right because I had zero problems.. not one parameter spiked not even Nitrates.

I did have the problem with the Purple tang but not one sign of ICK on him for almost a month now. My wife is convinced that it was sand stuck to him and that I am Dumb but that is nothing new.




I want more color ( don't we all) , I also want to frag the million green mushrooms off of that huge rock and just keep a few. I don't like the tonga rock work in the middle but I am at a loss of what to do with it. So any ideas are appreciated and anyone that wants some shrooms can come help me frag...

seriously though, tank looks good. real good actually.

since you dont have much real estate, id be very picky and find a few compatible species/color morphs to judiciously add. i think shopping for stuff is half/most of the fun anyway. once you find what you want, you'll know how/where you need to make space for it.

running out of room can get very expensive.

This is in my Dining room it's as big as THIS tank is getting I have the perfect place to put a 200+ built in the living room wall! There is a 8x8 Cement room behind it.

I could literally cut a hole in the wall, put a metal stand behind it and roll a tank right up to it and have everything Including water drain electric Behind it. I mean it's perfect but as much as the wife loves this hobby she aint buying


Just think of it the tank behind the couch as you sit in the living room!! Sigh now I got all riled up.

yeah, we've all been down that route.

Here's what I did. I started collecting smallish tanks - 60-125g - that people were just getting rid of, and had them all over the house. I got up to like 9 at one point.

Then, when I came across a good deal for this 375, she said "fine, but all the other tanks go".

It worked out all around, house is nicer and I got my big tank.

I think pierce still has his 300g starfire for sale. heh.

Well I think I am going to get a bit of Marco or other rock and fix the left side up a bit. a few people Emailed me with frags they had for sale and I am going to take them up on it! I think its time for SPS!
