First rule of identification request pictures..
Turn the blue channel off or WAY down.. Proper color rendition is very important for identification purposes.. It can also help your camera focus a bit better..

You can also use an orange filter on the camera. If you are using a cell phone, you can purchase a clip-on filter for about $30.00.
