Identify this creature

I have a lot of small dots in my tank wall. First I thought they were snails but they move fast and they seem like small spiders. Does anyone know what this could be? I couldnt take a picutre because they are just as big as a "."

Driver4life, I cant believe I also have some codepods. If I need a lot of them in my tank, should I do anything special?

Weel you should get a refugium with some macroalgae algae and they will reproduce. I dont have a refugium, but i guess they came from my LS and LR and reproduced some way, cause i have hundreds of them.
