this is the tank i picked for a 4 inch peacock mantis. 29 gallon TRUVU acrylic aquarium. The dimensions are 30x12x18. I want enough room for the mantis to be nice and active, I would love to have your opinion or advice before i order the tank. Thanks!

Oh BTW, do you guys think this will be enough lighting?.

Yes, this is the mantis forum.
Yes, that tank might work, although I personally would put a 4 inch mantis in the empty 100g that I have in my garage (yes, your tank will be fine).
Yes, those lights will be fine. Mantis could give two sh*ts about lighting. You can even add some soft corals with those lights...which is nice.
