in line pressure gauge

Not sure why you would need one. The pressure that it will have will not be a factor. Most people test run plumbing without any pipe glue.

I would like to know how many GPH are going to the display and other equipment so I can set it for the best flow

Yes.. you would need a flow meter not a pressure gauge..

And you would need to provide us with quite a bit of information if you want an answer..
inlet/outlet size/type?
output signal? 4-20mA? analog voltage?
and more...
and I'll just stop there and ask if you are aware of the costs of flow meters which can be hundreds to thousands of dollars..

and you could just use a stopwatch and a bucket to get approx flow rate without the pricey equipment..
