in-line versus dropin chiller

Which chiller is better?Would a drop in cool as efficiently as an in-line?

I have a drop in 1/10 hp for 150 gal lit with 2x175W MH and it works great! Drop ins are nice because theres no extra pumps or plumbing to worry about and installation was a breeze, just drop it in!
