The title says most of it. I have a 24g AP I took the rock in there from my fuge on my other tank and some cheato and bubble algea hitched a ride, I scrubbed it and got as much off as possible before putting it in, but it didn't work so well. 
It isn't horribly out of control but would of course like to put a stop to it. I have heard that emerald crabs eat bubble algea, but of course it seems that they are hit or miss and doesn't take care of my cheato. My question is what has worked for everyone else, fish, crabs or other. Thanks.
