In tank refugium

Does anyone have experience with the wee in-tank refugiums? I have a 29g reef tank, and want to start culturing pods in a small refugium hanging inside. http://cprusa.com/products/citr.html
Will this work, if all I really want it for is to harbor pods and grow macroalgae?

I only see one issue.....A constant light source to grow macro. I use a modded aquaclear 30 as a fuge on my 12g nano which is basically the same thing but on the outside. I have a small light over it all the time.

Actually, I think you would be much happier with an Aquaclear and a small clip on flourescent bulb. They make great fuges and will accomplish what you want to do very easily. Plus you'll get some nice surface aggitiation as a bonus.
