Hello,
When I built my system I used DAP to silicon the overflow box. After doing even more research I removed the box, cleaned the box and glass and remounted with marine-land aquarium silicon.
I currently have snails and a pair of sexy shrimp and clowns in my system. The baby clowns are showing stress (pale skin patches) I preformed multiple small water changes over the weekend and they look much better today. My parameters are stable and good, temp is 79.
I am doing the process of elimination to ensure its not my system before I begin a treatment for the baby clowns.
The snails and shrimp have been in the system for 3 1/2 weeks with no deaths. The clowns have been in for 1 week and show stress.
