Info Needed on Tube Worm PLEEEASE

Hi All,

Got three tube-worms & for the past week have looked great, then today the one looks like it is in tatters & the one of the others while watching it, suddenly spat the whole feathered head out?

What does all this mean please - any info on these guys would be great?

It means that either the worms are highly stressed by tank parameters or there's something in the tank that's feeding on them. Fan worms will shed their crowns when stressed or damaged. First check your parameters. If they're normal then watch your tank after dark with a red light source to see if they're been attacked. If you have another tank or sump move them.
