Info on clam...

I have the stock BC29 and was wondering if there are any clams that I can keep with just that or would I have to upgrade the lights for the BC29 system? Don't want to buy some clams and have them die. So any information would be appreciated if there are any clams that can be kept with the standard lighting in the system of the BC29. thanks
