Anyone has any experience or first hand knowledge with this fish?
My LFS is flying in some tomorrow along with some other fish so i'll get to see what they really look like,

Thanks

Excellent fish. Gentle, mildly reclusive in the beginning, but part of their intrigue is seeing them periodically rather than constantly.

^^^^.....thanks, do you think He'll have any problems with my royal gramma? Might take out the 2 carpenter wrasses I have due to slight problems with them

They are peaceful fish but the flasher wrasses may not like the new addition. I doubt if you would have problems with the gramma loretto or carpenter flashers.

I've got a possum wrasse in my 185 with a fairly obnoxious pylei wrasse. I bought them from a guy who took down the tank they were in, so they had been together for awhile when I got them.

The pylei completely ignores the possum. Your fish might be different from mine, but I agree with Steve that these are great little fish.

How big of a system would I need to host one? Someone told me one would be ok in a 10g if it was the only fish in the system, but I'm having a hard time believing that. Haha

Actually, that is true. But as they are copepod eaters, you would need to feed frequently in that sized tank.
