Innovative Marine

Am looking into getting a nano cube and setting it up as a reef tank. Do any of you use these tanks? I am torn between a Coralife Nano or this. I like the looks of the innovative tanks as well. If any one could shed some light I would appreciate it.

I have a IM 40 and I just set up a IM 10 for my wife. I really like them but I feel that the 40 is just a little to big to be an AIO in my opinion. They built really well and my only real complaint is that the return pumps are pretty weak. I put a MJ 1200 in my wife's 10 and it doesn't even need a power head now.

I bought a new pump for the same reason. Then noticed it was adjustable, still not great though but significantly better.

Yahthe original pump is somewhat adjustable but even full open it's weak. I just pump a hydor deflector on the return nozzle as well and it is creating some awesome flow patterns in the tank. Most likely will not need a power head at all since it will be an lps/softy tank

I run the spin stream with the original pump again. Still not sure if it will be enough flow, might have to switch the return pump again. Don't really want a power head in such a small tank.

I have a Nuvo 20. I'd try to stick with the newer fusion series, the older nuvos had rounded corners and were known for blowing out, the newer ones are much better made.

I've owned a few IM tanks and really like them. Because of their popularity, you can find many accessories made specially for IM tanks. Big plus.
