Input on building a wavebox for a 255g tank

I'm looking at building a Tunze style wave box for my Dads 255 gallon tank. The problems so far is the box needs to go in a 4" wide part of the tank (next to the overflow in a peninsula style tank) and it was built using 1" thick acrylic.

I'm thinking of building a box that is 4"x4"x28" (LxWxH) and if I understand it right I can use a 7091 controller and I was thinking the 6205 Turbelle Stream, am I on the right track? I would greatly appreciate feedback!

I know this is a poor angle but I'm hoping this may give a better idea of what I'm working with. There are 4" pockets on each side of the overflow, I'd prefer to only have one wave box on the right side of the overflow.

Thank you!

i dont think the 6025 are controlable, and they cant be stopped and started all the time or they will stop working, i think you would be better using a 6055, or even better 6105 or higher

post in the tunze forum, but you should be fine with that idea. Might actually be cheaper to get a wavebox and just not use the actual box though.
