I submitted my rebate check more than 8 weeks ago. Would you check the status?
INMAR:
We are unable to locate you in our system. Please allow 8 to 12 weeks for processing. If it has already been the 8-12 weeks and you have copies of your original submission, please either email them back or fax to 336-***-2902 in the attention of Rebate Research. Once received, it will be forwarded to the manufacturer for research.

Please research the status of this rebate, I mailed it Sept 13th, 2013.
(sent them pdf showing photocopy of rebate form and proof of purchase)

Thank you for emailing your copies. I have submitted this through accounting and you should receive your payment in approx. 4 weeks.

Just thought I'd post an update. I am now able to pull up a status on the inmar website.....says "in process"
I just submitted a request to them as well. Lets see what happens.
BTW- they couldnt find me either.
No worries, after we exhaust our measures i can reach out to national sales manager.
The trend here is not a good sign by IO. There is not one person here that has responded with either getting their rebate or at the minimum, IO having records of getting the rebate sent in. I can understand a person here or there having a problem (which btw should not happen unless of human error) but not 100% of the people not getting recorded and having to contact IO natiional sales thru a contact being the solution. This really sounds fishy to me(no pun intended). To be fair, i did not participate in buying IO or using their rebate and have no connection in any way to the company or IO salt users and i'm not accusing anyone, but just saw this pattern and having an opinion.
