Interceptor treatment

Hi,

I have been looking in to treating my aquarium for red bugs. I have read up on and aquired Interceptor. I have read that i will need to remove my clams, crabs and shrimp.

My question is 2 fold

1) Do i need to remove my snails as well
2) My elegance has one of thos crabs with flourescent orange legs ( I dont think this is a gall crab but this crab has been discussed on RC before). If the interceptor kills other crabs, will it kill this one? Would it kill a gall crab? My brain may have one but not sure.

I would love if this stuff would kill the orange crab on my elegance.

I am also posting this in the SPS section as well.

clams will be fine.

crabs, shrimps, will be down, some will die, some will make it.

Most of my crabs died, but not all... I see acro crabs moving around again now.

same with shrimp, my peppermint died, but cleaner shrimp is just fine.

Anything with an exoskeleton will likely die in the tank. Have you thought of using the method the other person used in the link you provided? If you catch this guy, hopefully you take some photos for the rest of us.
