Interesting snail?

These guys are really cool looking, but I dont know what they are. I believe them to be a kind of conch, but not a crown or fighting conch. Any ideas? They were collected in Miami.

Well, it's a kind of "Rock Shell" (muricid). They eat other snails and clams, and occasionally barnacles. You can keep it pretty easily if you are in an area where you can catch food for it.
