internal battrery?

My apex everytime the power goes out the time and date are lost, is there an internal watch battery or something i need to replace. I cant find anything in the manual, sorry if this is a stupid question.

There is a battery yes, but it is not user servicable. The battery has enough power to last about 1/2 hour but it has become less useful since the Apex will auto-set its clock if it has internet access. If you don't have internet access contact Neptune about the battery; you might need to return the base to get a replacement battery.
