internal overflow box --> The teeth

I have been looking everywhere and cant find a suitable overflow box for my tank. NAFB and Big als carry one or two kinds but they are 5''-6'' tall which is not tall enough for me. The bottom of my drilled hole to the top of the inner lip of the tank measures 6'' so I need a overflow box OVER 6'' in height.. probably 7-8'' Do you guys know where I can find one ?

Also.. im thinking about just doing it myself, how do you make the teeth on acrylic? I want to know because i want to make my own overflow box out of acrylic sheets.... also what kind of glue should I use to glue the acrylic to each other? And what about for drilling ? How do I drill a 2.5'' hole in it..

You can make one yourself too, it just takes some practice.
