I bought a lunar wrasse for my FO tank and I have had him in QT for 17 days now he looks good no signs of ick. However he is getting a huge belly and laying on the bottom of the tank alot. I realize he could be a she and it's pregnant but it the fish seems so out of it. It seems to want to eat even comes up looks at the food swims for a few seconds then lays back down. What meds could I try for internal parasites everything I see when I try to google talks about ick and the only worms that they talk about they don't fit his signs. I almost forgot one other sign around his front fins are red.
