Interruptus angels

In another thread I had asked advice on pairing up my two singles. here are photos of them. The first two photos are of the fish i've had for a while now and is in a 160 gallon tank. The second two photos are of the new one I just picked up this weekend. She's still in qt and very shy so I wasn't really able to get good photos of them.

I'm going to set up a divided (with eggcrate) 90 gallon for them.

In your other thread you said they were both females, but IMO the one you have had looks pretty male to me. I wouldn't really divide them too long, you want the older fish to establish dominance so that one remains female. But QT the new one then put the female in a box with the male able to see it and after a few days release them with minimal light. That is what I would do.

Do you think so? I've always seen males with much more heavily tesselated markings in the face and with the speckling pulling away from the body. Whereas females have more consisting markings throughout the entire body.

The more blue on the face male, more orange on the face female. Yours is almost all blue meaning male, plus if I remember correctly you said it was 5"? That is a big boy Centropyge.

Ya I don't know which one is which, but one fish having an almost totally blue face and one having an orange face probably means 1 of them is male and the other female I'd say get em together sooner rather than later, although obviously don't skimp on the QT.
