Inverts and high nitrates

Hi!
I have read/got advice that when your tank has high nitrates it would be difficult to have or keep healthy inverts. I have narcissus snails, hermits, strawberry crabs, and a teddy bear crab. I also have a thriving pod and worm population. They all look and eat very well. So is it true? Would my inverts have been ok all this time if my nitrates have been over 100?
Thank you for any help!

1 Water Change = Healthy Inverts.

They won't die overnight from high nitrates, but they certainly will have shortened lifespan or abnormal behavior in those conditions.

(Off topic, but they teddy crab may go after everything else you have.)
