Is a 55g big enough sump for a 380g

or should I go up to a 75g? This will be for a FO tank. I already have a 55g is why I ask.

I found that the extra width on a 75 makes a lot better foot room for equipment and allows for better water flow. With a big tank you usually have big equipment. Just my opinion
