Is Cabo Pulmo worth the drive?

I'm taking the family to Cabo San Lucas this summer and am thinking of taking a morning for a quick 2-tank dive. I've read a bit about Cabo Pulmo and it sounds great, but being 2 hours from Cabo makes it a full day trip. From those that have dove both Cabo AND Cabo Pulmo, is it worth it?
