Ok I tried to set up my Neptune Apex and got good signal on wireless. Then could never get it not to say Apex down. Ugh

What? Can you be a little more descriptive?

Can you connect to the apex server using its IP?

I have all green lights on my wireless. So its connected to internet. Rebooted it several times and still says apex down. From searches apparently lot of people have that issue

What wireless? The Apex is a wired system. Are you using a bridge? Like I said above attempt to connect using the ip of the apex first. Once basic connectivity is established you can move on to dealing with fusion.

I'm using the Netgear WNCE 3001 to connect to internet. It's connected to the internet but Apex won't for some reason

BTW I really appreciate your help

Alright well the more info you provide the easier it is. What we are trying to do is get to this:

This is the Apex webserver. Not Fusion. If you can't connect to this then the Apex is not connected to your network. In which case:

Run an Ethernet cable
Or you have the wrong IP address or port for the Apex.

You can also get the apex IP address by going to the system menu -> net setup -> IP address on the display unit.

Ok well glad it straightened out. It is usually something simple and that's why I ask people to check the basics first.
