is it okay??
is it ok to super glue a corallimorpharian (mushroom) to a rock. will it stay connected and will it harm the mushroom? has anyone ever tried this.
Superglue Gel isn't a wise choice. The glue can cause a minor chemical burn that will cause the coral to secrete mucous. This usually pops it off the rock, and it will be free floating an easily lost. A better way is to loosely tie netting or wedding veil around it until it attaches to the rock itself. Some people will put a small dish in a low flow spot in the aquarium and line the bottom of the dish with rubble and/or crused coral. They'll then wait until it grabs on to some rocks and then glue the rocks to a bigger rock.
