Is it part of the zoa or something else...?

Noticed this tonight wrapping around one of my Valentine's Day zoa heads. Seems to be agitating the one head. It seems to be part of the zoa, but I'm a little concerned. Any ideas?

Does it move or change position at all? Did this show up over night?

The pic is a little blurry so it's tough to see what it is.
