Is it possible to move your anemone?

My anemone has decided to wedge itself in a precarious position, and I tried moving him but he's stuck hard.

Is there any safe way of moving them?

Is it a bta? It should be attached to a rock. So you will have to move the rock it is attached to in order to move it. Trying to physically pull it off the rock will possibly/probably damage it.

Edit: Oh you should also determine why the anemone is there in the first place (water flow, etc.).

What's so precarious about the position? Is it encroaching on other corals, or in a place where a rock might fall on it or something?

Its moved a litle too close to my intake that I would like.

Perhaps some strategically directed water flow may encourage it to move?

Make sure your intakes have prefilters or some type of screen to prevent a disaster if the anemone got too close.
