Is it possible?

Ok so if money was no issue, would it be possible to have a self sustainable (not including filtration, lighting and water changes) reef ecosystem in a tank? And by that I mean coral, all types of fish like small fish big fish, predators and even fish to nibble at the coral to keep the reef from growing too big, maybe a reef shark or two, inverts to clean up the dead, and even micro organisms

I think so, but u would need insane water volume and space. I'm talking the size of a room or more. Like those you would see at oceanariums...
