Is it the silicone II?

I have a pair of black and white oscellaris. The last few days the female has become really aggressive with the male which she never has. Then she started have these seizures and swimming weird. The male seems to be deteriorating now too.

I changed out 20 gallons today and put 3 cups of carbon in a bag and put it in the baffles of my sump. I don't have time to build a new sump until later this week. I built the one I have about a month ago with Silicone II.

Is it the Silicone II (I know now that it's bad) or do I need to quarantine them and treat with maracyn II or something similar?

The only other symptom is their fins look a little shaggy but not terrible. This could be from them getting ruff with each other too.

I don't know if I'm going to be able to find a nicer looking pair of clowns so hopefully I don't loose them. It's not looking good at this point though.

I used silicone II on my sump by accident. I haven't had any issues with my tank and I am not running carbon. Have you added any fish without quarantining them?

I used silicone II on accident, and had a damsel in the tank with just some used tank water and a couple pieces of LR.... He was dead by morning. If its not totally up and running, you might as well use the silicone I, rather than risking it.
