Is my anemone hurting or splitting?

Other than his weird appearance, he appears to be healthy. I just gave him a small cube of sushi grade tuna prior to this photo.

BTW, I haven't checked the params today. But over the weekend it was more like.

PH = 8.2
Nitrates = 0
Ammonia = 0
Alk = 7
Ca = 520
