My nem was looking a little rough for a week, then he was bouncing back. He looked fine this morning. Not the best, but not bad.
Now, hours later, he looks like this. Should i get him out asap, or is there something I can do to save the poor guy?

It still seems to be attached to the rock so I wouldn't give up on it yet. Do you have a picture of it from before?

Thanks for the replies.
There's so much chatter about anemones dieing quickly and crashing a tank, that I was pretty worried when he went all wiggy like that. Still don't know whats up with him though. I've attached anither pic. He goes between this and the previous pic. Looks like his arms are gone.
I looked into cipro treatment, but I'm without a quarantine tank for a bit.
Water parameters are all good except the tempurature getting up to around 82 in the middle of the day. I'm adding another fan this week to get that back in line.

I am not sure how well cipro will work with BTA's, most likely they will bounce back with good water parameters.

can you list your water parameters in numbers please and what test kits do you use? also what lights do you have?

Amonia and nitrates are 0
I'm using API test kits, but I've taken water to the fish store for testing too.
I have new PCs in my biocube 29.
I was afraid of starvation too. Tried to feed him some pieces of krill a couple times. He did not seem interested, but perhaps his arms were too short to properly grab it. He is still going back and forth between those 2 pics. Open part of the day and giving us hope, then closed and sickly for part of it.
