Is my Base Unit Dying?

I am having a couple of issues that have started happening over the last few weeks and frustration is starting to mount. My first issue is my Apex refuses to stay connected for any extended period of time. I can reboot my main router and reset the Apex unit and it may stay connected a 12 hours or so. Also my V1/V2 and V3/V4 ports seem to have stopped working consistently. I have them controlling my Tunze pumps and I noticed that they do not seem to control the pumps consistently anymore. If I put my hand in front of the pump I can feel the pump trying to run then it seems to stall then it may work for a few minutes. V4 no longer controls any pump anymore. I am using the Tunze cables. My secondary router is a Linksys E2000 router with DD-WRT installed on it. It is configured to be a repeater bridge and has been working fine since about 2011. The Ethernet cable is plugged into my base unit from there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

have you tried unplugging either one of the VD ports and see if the other starts working correctly? if you unplug both do they go to full speed?

jdthomas24 - I have tried a few things but I give that a try. I think its a defective port or something. I reflashed the firmware yesterday and that was painful experience. It took about 3 hours before it would finally take. When it did it was finished in less than 2 mins :). But nothing has changed. Now it looks like the light on the right of the Ethernet jack is green but does not flicker and the one on the right is amber.
