I have taken some photos today of my berghia doing what I think is eating an aiptasia. Can someone please look at the photo and confirm? the reason I ask is that it has been at this one aiptasia for several hours, and the aiptasia has not receded/closed.

the photos are in "progress report +34 days" at my blog here: http://myreeftankphotos.blogspot.com/

thanks in advance.

Also, if you have time, you can go through the older posts at my blog to see the frustration I've had with the pesty aiptasia

Well if they've made it to 34 days then they've been eating, whether you've seen it or not. It's hard to tell from still pictures whether they're really eating in this case, but I would assume they are. For some reason, Aiptasia doesn't always seem to respond to them.

Another way you can tell if they have some dark coloration (brownish/greyish) If they are hungry they look white and are out during the day, looking for food.
I believe if they don't eat for 5-6 days, they die.
